Within the Master Ball tier, the top 10,000 players by points

Point Mechanics:

Winning a match typically grants 10 points.

trigger a win streak bonus.

a 2-win streak yields +3 points, scaling up to +12 points for a 5-win streak.

New players are safeguarded; you cannot be demoted from your rank

due to losses until you reach Great Ball Rank 2 and above.

Generally, higher ranks experience a partial reset.
